The Dwarf Evergreen Magnolia Little Gem is a stunning tree that boasts spectacular, fragrant white blooms in both spring and summer. Its elliptic, dark green, glossy leaves are complemented by a velvety brown underside, adding texture and visual interest.

This tree serves as a fantastic feature plant, whether planted in the ground or in a pot. It naturally develops a trunk at the base, creating a bare or "pleached" effect for the first 0.5 to 1 metre.

Known for its best and neatest flowering among all varieties, the Dwarf Evergreen Magnolia blooms more regularly than other types like Kay Parris or Teddy Bear. To maintain its dense, thick form, regular pruning is essential. However, due to its pruning requirements, it may not be the ideal choice for a privacy hedge, especially unless you're purchasing established, well-shaped plants. In comparison, Kay Parris or Teddy Bear varieties will create a thicker hedge more quickly with less maintenance.
